As I think of the words/characteristics that describe you the following come to mind (in random order): loyal, honest, knowledgeable, curious, organized, growing (making progress), integrity, entrepreneurial
I can count on you to give me honest feedback. I can count on you to count on me… it makes me better! I can count on you to be open and honest. I can count on your friendship.
But what I really think makes you unique is your ability to understand and bring together a “team”. Not just your inside team (Cathie and Linda) but the team outside of your organization. I think the “real” name of your firm is “TEAM AEG” With the tag line of “providing clarity, confidence and capability in 20% of the time”
